Nicolas D'Cruz is a member of the Counter-Joker Agency, wishing to fulfill his God-given mission of purging Joker's from this world. Nico is a squad leader, holding the rank of First Class Investigator.
Personality
Nico is a profoundly relgious man, and believes that those possessing the OGene mutation have been "touched by the Devil". As such, Nicolas believes that God put him on this Earth for the sole purpose of exterminating any and all Jokers.

- Hand of God - A pair of gloves worn by Nico which allow him to use Melchsee's Door, an ability which creates a concentrated ball of Burst energy, which tracks and hunts down any PSI in the near area to absorb it and eradicates any physical matter it comes into contact with.
- Will of God - A small cross that Nico keeps in his pocket, which allows him to use a manipulation type Nen ability on his Hand of God, making his Melchsee's Door track down any energy produced by Joker's at all, absorbing and nullifying it, instead of only PSI. Nen contract also significantly increases Nico's power whilst fighting Jokers.
- Eye of God - An eyepatch worn over Nico's right eye that grants him the powers of the Byakugan. Nico primarily uses this to hunt down Jokers, exploiting the fact that all Jokers, be they Shinobi or not, possess some small amount of chakra which those without the OGene do not. This allows Nico to easily pick out Joker's in large, populated areas, and identify targets immediately.
Life Fibre
- Three Star Uniform - Nicolas wears a Three Star Life Fibre uniform which gives him superhuman physicality, a passive regenerative healing factor, as well as partial resistances to outside energy.
